Ground-mounted lights must comply with international standards for outdoor lighting, such as IP rating (typically IP65 or higher) and wind resistance (must be able to withstand winds of force 10 or higher). In addition, some countries require ground-mounted lights to have protection against electric shock (such as Class II insulation).
Floor-mounted lights must adhere to ergonomic standards for indoor lighting, such as illuminance (typically 10-30 lux) and color temperature range (2700K-4000K). Some regions also require low-blue light certification for ground-mounted lights to protect eyesight.
